Snap Fitness at 7035-99, West Grand Parkway South, Richmond, Texas.

Horrific staff. I joined Flex about a month ago and took a friend to try this location out. The attendant watched us walk in and start to work out. After about 15 minutes of working out, he came over and since my friend was not a member he requested a mandatory $20 from my guest and that if we didn't pay he would call the authorities. Not a "pay or leave the gym" but instead a "you have no choice but to pay." Really...Over $20? I couldnt believe it. I wish I got his name to leave on this review because that was absolutely ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER:
1. The attendant watched us walk in, this in when every competent gym checks membership

2. The only reason I am a member of Snap was because I tried the gym for a week, so I figured it was allowed. It was perfectly understandable when the attendant stated it wasn't, and we were cordially going to leave, but then got threatened by the attendant to pay for being there for 15 minutes.

3. Stop soliciting reviews to increase your ratings, because I do not see how my experience is any of Baburao Aapte concern. He has his own experience to share, and that should be all that matters.
